Julia Haidlen, owner of Design House in Oakdale, is the new president of the Stanislaus County Health Services Agency Foundation.

Modesto attorney Matt Friedrich is vice president; Priscilla Floyd, community volunteer, secretary; and R.J. Moriconi, education consultant and retired Salifornia State University, Stanislaus, instructor, treasurer.

The foundation raises money for Stanislaus County Health Services Agency clinics and other medical programs for the needy. Its major fund-raiser is the annual String of Pearls masquerade ball in the fall.
