The Stanislaus County Health Services Agency is looking for people to
serve on a board concerned with county health clinics. The county is applying
for a federally qualified health center designation for its primary care
and urgent care clinics. One requirement is to have a Community Health
Center Board. The volunteer board will have 11 members; more than half
must be people who use the primary care clinics. Applications are due
by June 12 and are available by calling the Health Services Agency at
558-7163, or online at www.hsahealth.org
